NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD

PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on the 15th day of April 1983 at Auckland was 302.81 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).

As this price is below the Government's supplementary minimum wool price of 320 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) the specified percentage for supplementation will be 5.7 percent for all wool sold at auction and nationally for privately sold wool from and including the 15th day of April 1983, until midnight on the day before the next auction sale to be held.

THE DANNEVIRKE AND DISTRICT SOLDIERS' INSTITUTE DISSOLUTION BILL 1983

A Private Bill

  1. The promoters of this Bill are the Trustees of the Dannevirke and District Soldiers' Institute ("The Institute") namely:
    John Mills Dobson of Dannevirke, solicitor,
    Arthur Vivian Frederick Carr of Dannevirke, company director,
    Robert Arundel Simpson of Napier, auctioneer,
    Samuel Walter Ellingham of Ormondville, sheepfarmer, and
    Robert Arthur Dunbar of Dannevirke, cycle agent.

  2. The promoters intend to present a petition to Parliament that the Bill be made law.

  3. The objects of the Bill are:
    (a) To dissolve the Institute;
    (b) To terminate the Trusts pursuant to which the trustees of the Institute hold certain real and personal property; and
    (c) To transfer all such real and personal property to the Dannevirke and District Returned Services Association (Incorporated).

  4. Any persons desiring to communicate with or give notice to the promoters may do so by addressing their correspondence to The Trustee, Dannevirke and District Soldiers' Institute, care of Messrs Dobson, Smith and Co., P.O. Box 69, Dannevirke.

  5. A copy of the Bill may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of:
