I, Leslie Bruce Smith of J. Rattray & Son Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at the corner of Morehouse Avenue and Orbett Street, Christchurch, hereby give notice that on the 8th day of April 1982, I appointed Norman Edward Wiseman of J. Rattray & Son Ltd., Clyde Street, Invercargill as receiver of the property of King Street Dairy (1980) Ltd. under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 3rd day of September 1981, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said King Street Dairy (1980) Ltd.

Further particulars can be obtained from Kendon Cox & Co., the agent for the receiver at P.O. Box 169, Invercargill.

DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORPORATION OF NEW ZEALAND, hereby gives notice that on the 13th day of April 1983 it appointed Peter Reginald Howell and Barrie Mackechnie Brown, both of Auckland, chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Coopers & Lybrand, Chartered Accountants, Twelfth Floor, CML Centre, 157–165 Queen Street, Auckland.

As joint and several receivers and managers of all the undertaking property and assets including freehold and leasehold land, mineral rights, motor vehicles, aircraft, plant and machinery, fittings, stock in trade, shares, debentures in other companies, deposits, current assets, patents, tradenames, trademarks, registered designs, licences, goodwill and unpaid and uncalled capital of Bay of Islands Timber Company Ltd. (in receivership) charged by a certain debenture dated the 8th day of December 1978 issued by Bay of Islands Timber Company Ltd. in favour of Development Finance Corporation of New Zealand.

A copy of which was registered with the Registrar of Companies on the 15th day of December 1978 and a certain debenture dated the 14th day of September 1979 issued by Bay of Islands Timber Company Ltd. in favour of Development Finance Corporation of New Zealand a copy of which was registered with the Registrar of Companies on the 27th day of September 1979.

NOTICE CALLING FINAL MEETINGS OF MEMBERS AND CREDITORS

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of PAUL BRITTEN LTD. (in liquidation):

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that meetings of the members and creditors of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Gilfillan Morris & Co., Ninth Floor, National Mutual Centre, Shortland Street, Auckland, at 9 a.m. on the 13th day of May 1983, for the purpose of having an account laid before the meetings showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanations thereof by the Liquidator.

Every member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member or creditor respectively.

Proxies to be used at the meetings must be lodged at the offices of Gilfillan Morris & Co., Tenth Floor, National Mutual Centre, Shortland Street, Auckland not later than 4 o’clock in the afternoon on the 12th day of May 1983.
