PURSUANT to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares the land described in the
Schedule hereto to be set apart for road, which shall remain vested
in the Crown.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 3 roods 4.3 perches, being
part Section 3, Block VIII, Piako Survey District; as shown

Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in Block XI,
Patetere South Survey District, Matamata County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the
First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The
Matamata County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of
road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be
stopped, and declares that:

(i) The areas marked “A” and “C” on the plan, now
known as Sections 7 and 8, Block XI, Patetere South
Survey District, shall vest in Malcolm Sydney Douglas
Franklin of Tokoroa laboratory technician and Raewyn
