In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of JOHN REID & CO. LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland:

Notice is hereby given that the order of the High Court of New Zealand dated the 20th day of December 1982 confirming the reduction in capital of the above-named company from $300,000 to $20,000 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, were registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 14th day of January 1983. The said minute is in the words and figures following:

That the action of the company resolved in the following special resolution passed by means of an entry in the minute book of the company as provided by Section 362 of the Companies Act 1955 on the 3rd day of December 1982 be confirmed:
"1. That the capital of the company be reduced from three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) divided into 300 000 shares of $1 each to twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) divided into 20 000 shares of $1 each and that such reduction be effected by repaying to L. D. Nathan and Co. Ltd. the sum of two hundred and eighty thousand dollars ($280,000) being $1 for each of the shares in the capital of the company numbered 19 999 to 299 998 (inclusive).
2. That the shares in the capital of the company numbered 299 999 and 300 000 be renumbered 19 999 and 20 000 respectively."
