MARAC FINANCE LTD., and MARAC CORPORATION LTD., hereby give notice that on the 19th day of January 1983, they appointed Kevin Nicholas Curnow and James Bruce Alfred McAlister, both of Christchurch, chartered accountants, to be receivers and managers of all the undertaking property and assets of this company charged by a debenture dated the 20th day of November 1980 and given by this company to Marac Finance Ltd., and Marac Corporation Ltd.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its property and assets whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future including its uncalled capital and called but unpaid capital.

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held in McCulloch Menzies Boardroom, 53 (a) Ridgway Street, Wanganui, on the 17th day of February 1983, at 4.30 in the afternoon for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

To consider and if thought fit to pass the following resolution, namely—

That the liquidator be authorised to dispose of the books of the company and of the liquidator as he thinks fit.
