NOTICE is hereby given that applications have been made for variation of current determinations of the Minister of Customs as follows:

Handbook) which cannot rotate through the horizontal plane without movement of the wheels with a static tipping load in full turn capacity up to and including 16 000 kg as measured to SAE Standard J732c. Any person wishing to lodge an objection to the granting of these applications should do so in writing to the appropriate office as indicated by the identification reference on or before 3 March 1983. Submissions should include a reference to the identification reference, application number, Tariff item, and description of goods concerned and be supported by information as to:

(a) The range of equivalent goods manufactured locally;
(b) The proportion of New Zealand and imported material used in manufacture;
(c) Present and potential output; and
(d) Details of factory cost in terms of materials, labour, overhead, etc.
