Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor
IN the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 December 1982, No. 145, page 4188 should be read by omitting the word Committee and inserting Trust. Omit the Mataura Licensing Committee on 22 September 1982 and insert Judge E. B. Anderson on 22 September 1982.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 13th day of December 1982
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. R. D. MULDOON PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 138 (1) (b) of the Public Works Act 1981, His Excellency the Governor-General acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a motorway.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of State highway No. 16 in the City of Auckland being those traffic lanes, shoulders and verges commencing at the southern side of the Great North Road approximately 150 metres east of the junction of the Great North Road and Motions Road and proceeding in a south-westerly direction, then in a generally westerly direction for a distance of approximately 2 kilometres to their connection with the existing Auckland–Kumeu motorway and including the ramp connections to and from the Great North Road and the crossings over Carrington Road and the Great North Road.
As shown on Plan 1/82/18/3104/1, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
