of Works and Development hereby amends the Notice dated the
2nd October 1974 and published in Gazette, 24 October 1974, No.
106 at page 2424; declaring land held for better utilisation set apart

City of Lower Hutt, by omitting the Schedule thereto and
substituting the following Schedule.
