Revoking Declaration of State Highway and Declaring Public Highway to be State Highway
PURSUANT to section 11 of the National Roads Act 1953, the National Roads Board, acting with the written approval of the Minister of Works and Development, gives notice that the State Highway described in the First Schedule hereto is revoked, with effect from 1 April 1983, and that the public highway described in the Second Schedule hereto is declared to be State Highway, with effect from 1 April 1983, within the meaning and for the purpose of the National Roads Act.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that portion of State Highway No. 6 that refers to Nelson, as described in Part II of the Schedule to the notice declaring public highways to be State Highways published in the Gazette, 24 March 1960, No. 20, page 384.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NELSON—No. 6 State Highway. From the northern boundary of the City of Nelson, along Atawhai Drive, Northern Outlet, Trafalgar Street, Halifax Street, Haven Road, Wakefield Quay, Rocks Road, Tahunanui Drive, Annesbrook Drive, and Main Road Stoke to the southern boundary of the City of Nelson.

National Roads Board Varying Notice of Declaration of State Highways
PURSUANT to section 11 of the National Roads Act 1953, the National Roads Board, acting with the written approval of the Minister of Works and Development, hereby gives notice that it varies the notice Revoking State Highways and Declaring public highways to be State Highways, dated 22 March 1982, published in the Gazette, 25 March 1982, No. 34, page 1029, by deleting from the Second Schedule to the said notice the paragraph described in the First Schedule hereto, and substituting therefore the paragraph set out in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
PARAGRAPH deleted from Part II of the Schedule to the said notice:
Queenstown—No. 6A State Highway.
SECOND SCHEDULE
PARAGRAPH substituted in Part II of the Schedule to the said notice:
QUEENSTOWN—No. 6A State Highway. From the south-eastern boundary of the Borough of Queenstown on Frankton Road, along Frankton Road, Stanley Street, Shotover Street, and Hay Street to the junction of Hay Street and Beach Street.

From the eastern boundary of the City of New Plymouth at the western end of the Waiwakaiho Bridge, along Devon Street East, Northern Outlet, Waiwaka Terrace, Leach Street, and the one way pair of Courtenay and Leach Streets to Eliot Street, thence from the intersection of Courtenay Street and Eliot Street, along Eliot Street and Coronation Avenue to the south eastern boundary of the city.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
PURSUANT to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that an integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education and the Proprietor of the following secondary school.
St. Catherine’s College, Upper Bourke Street, Kilbirnie, Wellington.
The said school will enter into the State education system in accordance with the provisions of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975 with effect from 30 March 1983. Copies of the integration agreement are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the Department of Education, Head Office, Government Buildings, Lambton Quay, Wellington and at regional offices.
