Appointment of the Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby appoints the Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for local purpose reserve (soil conservation and river control).

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for local purposes (drainage) over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Palmerston North City Corporation in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the Corporation shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Corporation’s reserves account, such monies to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Naming of a Reserve
