Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Acquired for Post Office Purposes in the Borough of Blenheim

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated the 2nd day of November 1982 and published in Gazette, 11 November 1982, No. 133, at page 3705; declaring land acquired for post office purposes in the Borough of Blenheim, by omitting the following words:

“the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to easement certificate 84322.”

and substituting the following words:

“the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to easement certificate 84322 and subject to the rights to convey sewage over part granted by transfer 110661.3.”
