Land Declared to be Road, Road Closed and Vested, and Land Taken and Vested in Block VII, Rewa Survey District, Masterton County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in the Masterton County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that it shall vest in Frederick Lufkin Skeet and Charles Lufkin Skeet both of Masterton, Sheepfarmers as tenants in common in equal shares, subject to mortgages No's 370469.2, 370469.1 and 502844.3 Wellington Land Registry.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and declares that it shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title Volume 162, folio 237, subject to mortgages No's 370469.1, 370469.2 and 502844.3 Wellington Land Registry.
