Land Acquired for a Limited Access Road in Blocks I and II,
Shotover Survey District, Lake County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that
effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby acquired for a limited access road and pursuant to section
153 of the Public Works Act 1981 has become road, limited access
road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the 7th day
of April 1983.
