In our opinion the above balance sheet and accompanying profit and loss account give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of The Commercial Bank Savings Bank (N.Z.) Limited, at 30 September 1982 and of its results for the 15 months ended on that date.

We have obtained all the information and explanations we have required. In our opinion the company has kept proper accounting records, and the balance sheet and profit and loss account, give in the prescribed manner the information required by the Companies Act 1955.

NOTICE is given pursuant to section 405 of the Companies Act 1955, that The Broken Hill Proprietary Company Ltd., a company incorporated in Victoria, Australia, and having its principal place of business in New Zealand at Auckland, intends to cease to have a place of business in New Zealand on the expiration of 3 months from the date of first publication of this notice. The business hitherto carried on by The Broken Hill Proprietary Company Ltd. will be continued under the name of its subsidiary, "B.H.P. New Zealand Ltd.".
