Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Raukumara State Forest Park Advisory Committee Variation of Role

PURSUANT to regulation 3(1)(b) of the State Forest Parks and Forest Recreation Regulations 1979, the Minister of Forests hereby gives notice that the Raukumara State Forest Park Advisory Committee set up by a notice published in the New Zealand Gazette 1980, page 621 shall also, from the date of publication of this notice, advise the Minister of Forests on that part of Uru-tawa State Forest zoned as open indigenous forest.

PURSUANT to regulation 3(1)(b) of the State Forest Parks and Forest Recreation Regulations 1979, the Minister of Forests hereby gives notice that the Kaimai-Mamuku State Forest Park Advisory Committee set up by a notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1975, page 2532 shall also, from the date of publication of this notice, advise the Minister of Forests on that part of Otane-wainuku State Forest zoned as open indigenous forest.

State Forest Land Set Apart as a Dedicated Area—Mangorewa Ecological Area—Rotorua Conservancy

PURSUANT to section 15 of the Forests Act 1949 (as inserted by section 2 of the Forests Amendment Act 1973, and amended by section 5 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), the Minister of Forests hereby gives notice that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart and dedicated for the purpose of preserving and protecting an area of virgin rimu-tawa forest, including part of the north-east margin of the Mamaku podocarp-tawa-beech forests.

The area of land so dedicated shall be known as Mangorewa Ecological Area.
