Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying That the Land Shall Vest in the Napier City Council in Fee-Simple and How the Value Thereof Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as road reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto and further, declares that the land shall vest in the Napier City Council in fee-simple provided that a sum equal to the current market value of the said land is paid by Council into its reserves account, such monies to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of land for reserves.

5322 square metres, more or less, being Lot 4, D.P. 14355, situated in Block VIII, Heretaunga Survey District. Part certificate of title E4/1078 cancelled.

1047 square metres, more or less, being Lot 105A, D.P. 12809 situated in Block IV, Heretaunga Survey District. Part certificate of title E1/120 cancelled and part certificate of title B2/1052 cancelled.
