NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the
above-named company by the High Court was, on the 28th day of
January 1983, presented to the said Court by BP OIL N.Z. LIMITED,
a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wel-
ington and carrying on business as oil suppliers; and the said peti-
tion is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Christchurch
on the 30th day of March 1983, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and
any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to sup-
port or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may
appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that
purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the under-
signed to any creditor or contributory of the said company requir-
ing a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE OF RESULT OF POLL ON LOAN PROPOSAL
SILVERPEAKS COUNTY COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 38 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956,
notice is hereby given that a poll of the ratepayers of the Karitane
Urban Drainage Area, taken on the 11th day of March 1983, on
the proposal of the above-named local authority to raise a loan of
$682,000 to be known as the Karitane Sewerage Loan 1982, for the
purpose of installing a sewerage scheme in the Karitane Urban
Drainage Area, resulted as follows:
The number of votes recorded for the proposal was . . . 125
The number of votes recorded against the proposal was . . . 120
The number of informal votes was . . . nil.
I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD
PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978,
notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale
Price for the sale held on the 10th day of March 1983 at Invercargill
was 273.21 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
As this price is below the Government's supplementary
minimum wool price of 320 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) the
specified percentage for supplementation will be 17.1 percent for
all wool sold at auction and nationally for privately sold wool from
and including the 10th day of March 1983, until midnight on the
day before the next auction sale to be held.
