BROADLANDS GUARANTEE CORPORATION LTD., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 10th day of March, 1983, it appointed John William Spencer and John Garry Stevens, both of Wellington, solicitors, jointly and severally, to be the receivers and/or managers of the property of The Lee Stables Ltd. under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 11th day of February 1982, which property consists of all undertaking goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said The Lee Stables Ltd.
