LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE

In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 26, 3 March 1983, page 593, dated at the Land Registry Office, Wellington this 21st day of February 1983, in the first sentence in the Schedule for "Volume 200" read "Volume 20D".

EVIDENCE of the loss of outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 262, folio 97 (Taranaki Registry), whereof Alice Rangi alias Alice Wharerangi f.a. and Vivian Elda Rangi f.14 are the registered proprietors of an estate in fee simple being all that parcel of land containing 1012 square metres, more or less, being Ngatihauapoto 9B1 Block having been lodged with me together with an application 297543.1 for the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
