Cancellation of the Vesting in the Tauranga City Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Tauranga City Council and revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve for local purpose (water power development) described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Tauranga County Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as Council shall determine.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation purposes over the land, described in the Schedule hereto and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Matamata Borough Council in such manner, at such price, and on such terms and conditions as the Council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the general funds of the Council.
