NOTICE OF APPLICATION

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of the Petroleum Act 1937 and Amendments, the Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand Ltd. has made application to the Minister of Energy for a pipeline authorisation to convey natural gas by pipeline from a new offtake station on the Oaonui-Huntly main truck gas pipeline to a terminal station at the New Zealand Limestone Products Ltd. property in South Te Kuiti.

Copies of the application can be inspected at the offices of the Ministry of Energy in Wellington, the offices of the Waitomo District Council in Te Kuiti or the offices of Bruce Henderson & Associates, Consulting Engineers in Tauranga.

Submissions should be made within 30 days of the date of this notice and should be sent to the Ministry of Energy, Private Bag, Wellington.

PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on the 2nd day of March 1983 at Christchurch was 258.36 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).

As this price is below the Government's supplementary minimum wool price of 320 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) the specified percentage for supplementation will be 23.9 percent for all wool sold at auction and nationally for privately sold wool from and including the 2nd day of March 1983, until midnight on the day before the next auction sale to be held.
