PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the 10th day of March 1983.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT (a) Pursuant to section 20 declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the 10th day of March 1983:
