Appointment of the Minister of Internal Affairs to Control and Manage a Reserve and Declaration that the Said Reserve Shall Be Subject to the Provisions of the Wildlife Act 1953

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Minister of Internal Affairs to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for Government purpose (wildlife management), and further, declares that the said reserve shall be subject to the provisions of the Wildlife Act 1953.

Declaration that Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Porirua City Council on the 22nd day of September 1982:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Porirua City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land vested in the said Council, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a reserve for local purpose (community buildings) within the meaning of the said Act”.
