Import Licence Tendering—Results of Tenders of Round 5

THE following are the official results of Round 5 of the Import Licence Tendering Scheme. This Round was the third allocation made under the Textiles Industry Development Plan.

Licences obtained in this Round are not valid until 10 March 1983 and are valid thereafter for 12 months.

In submitting these tenders, each tenderer has signed a declaration that the enterprise concerned is domiciled in New Zealand; has been actively trading throughout the immediately preceding 12 months; does not act in this matter on behalf of any other person; and has not submitted tenders in excess of the maximum number of tenders specified in the Call for Tenders.

This closure of this Round was extended from 17 January to 31 January.
