Declaring Road in Block XI, Matakohe Survey District, Otamatea County, to be a Government Road and to be Stopped and to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and

(b) Stops the said road, and further, pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, declares the stopped Government road to be Crown Land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
