Explanatory Note:
(a) amends existing exemptions from import control to maintain alignment with the changes to the Customs Tariff arising from the implementation of the General Rubber Goods Industry Plan, and
(b) creates exemptions for (i) bicycle inner tubes and certain sizes of bicycle tyres and (ii) moulds used for rubber.
