Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Hamilton City Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the Council shall determine, the proceeds from any sale to be paid into or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Appointment of the Whakatane District Council to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby appoints the Whakatane District Council to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for recreation purposes.

Declaration that Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Whakatane District Council on the 28th day of September 1983:

That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Whakatane District Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act.
