PURSUANT to sections 20 and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981,
the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the sewage easement in gross
described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for sanitary
works over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto and
the stormwater easement in gross described in the Second Schedule
hereto is hereby acquired for drainage purposes over the land
described in the Fourth Schedule hereto and that such easements
shall vest in The Rotorua District Council on the 15th day of
December 1983.
