PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration, dated the 26th day of September 1983, published in Gazette, 6 October 1983, No. 165, page 15324; declaring land to be road and road stopped in the Counties of Rangitikei and Kiwitea, by omitting from (b) (iii) of the body of the document the words “by the Kiwitea County Council” and substituting the words “by the Crown”.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped in Block XI, Alexandra Survey District, Raglan County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice, dated the 12th day of August 1983, published in Gazette, 18 August 1983, No. 128, page 2662, declaring land to be road and road stopped in Block XI, Alexandra Survey District, Raglan County, pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, by omitting paragraph (b) thereto and substituting the following:

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and that the land, now known as Allotment 491, Pirongia Parish, shall vest in Dennis Noel Ahlers of Te Pahu, farmer and Felicity Anne Ahlers, his wife.
