Revoking a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of Portions of
the Timaru-Milton and Blenheim-Invercargill via Nelson and
Greymouth State Highways in the Borough of Cromwell and the
County of Vincent

PURSUANT to section 36 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby revokes the Proclamation dated the
27th day of July 1977 and published in Gazette, 25 August 1977,
No. 91, page 2313 and amended by Proclamation dated the
8th day of May 1978 and published in Gazette, 25 May 1978, No. 45,
page 1515 and deposited in the Land Registry Office at
Dunedin as No. 484520 and deposited in the Land Registry Office at
Dunedin as No. 497562, defining the middle line of portions of the Timaru-Milton and
Blenheim-Invercargill via Nelson and Greymouth State Highways
in the Borough of Cromwell and County of Vincent.

Road Stopped in Block IV, Makotuku Survey District, Waimarino
County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development—

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road
described in the First and Second Schedules hereto to be stopped
and declares that:

(i) The areas described in the First Schedule shall be amalgamated
with the land in certificate of title No. 8A/40, subject to
memorandum of lease No. 322643.3:

(ii) The areas described in the Second Schedule shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 8A/41,
subject to memorandum of lease No. 265052.3:

(iii) The area described in the Third Schedule shall be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 8A/40,
subject to memorandum of lease No. 322643.1.
