SCHEDULE

All that area in the North Auckland Land District, City of Waitamata, bounded by a line commencing Block I, Waitakere Survey District at the intersection of the line of mean high water of the Tasman Sea and the middle of the Waitakere River, and proceeding north-easterly, generally, along the north-western boundary of the City of Waitamata as defined by New Zealand Gazette, No. 78, 1977, p. 2026, to its intersection with the centreline of Nelson Road produced at the junction with Taupaki Road, thence to and south-easterly along the middle of the aforesaid road to and south-easterly along the middle of Red Hills Road to a point in line with the northernmost corner of the Massey Primary School, thence southerly, generally, along the western boundary of the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage District’s Inner Area as defined by New Zealand Gazette at 1 September 1983, to the southernmost corner of Lot 55, D.P. 20226, thence south-easterly by a right line to the northernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 39183, thence south-westerly, generally, along the south-eastern boundary of the Auckland Regional Authority’s Water Supply Reserve as defined at 1 September 1983, to a point on the north-western side of Huia Road in line with the south-western boundary of Lot 1101, D.P. 39700, thence across Scenic Drive to the westernmost corner of the aforesaid Lot 1101, and southerly, generally, along the eastern boundaries of part Allotments 42, 35, and SE 35 of Waikomiti Parish to the lastmentioned allotments junction with the line of mean high water on the Manukau Harbour, thence south-westerly, generally, along the said line of mean high water to and northerly, generally, along the line of mean high water of the Tasman Sea to the point of commencement.

As shown on plan Q11/1, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

Warrant Appointing a Member of the South Canterbury Electric Power Board

PURSUANT to section 17 of the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby appoint

Douglas John Kelman of Geraldine, farmer

to be representative of the combined constituent district of the Milford, Waitohi, Kakahu and Geraldine Wards and part Rangitata Ward of Strathallan County, Temuka Borough and Geraldine Borough on the South Canterbury Electric Power Board.
