PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a State primary school and shall vest in the Crown on the 8th day of December 1983.

Declaration that Land Ceases to Form Part of the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park

PURSUANT to the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Act 1967, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the recreation reserve described in the Schedule hereto, shall, from the date of this notice cease to form part of the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park, and cease to be administered by the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Board.
