Land Acquired for Road, Land Acquired in Connection with Road Diversion, Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in the County of Rangitikei
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:
(a) Pursuant to section 20 declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into:
(i) The land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Rangitikei County Council on the 8th day of December 1983.
(ii) The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired in connection with road diversion and shall vest in The Rangitikei County Council on the 8th day of December 1983.
(b) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Rangitikei County Council.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the portions of road described in the Fourth and Fifth Schedules hereto to be stopped and declares that—
(i) The areas described in the Fourth Schedule shall be vested in The Rangitikei County Council.
(ii) The area described in the Fifth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 379, folio 112, subject to memoranda of mortgages 342106.3, 406383.3, and 406383.4.
