Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Vested and Land
Taken and Vested in Block XI, Mangaone Survey District,
Eketahuna County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development—
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the
First Schedule hereto to be road, and to be vested in The
Eketahuna County Council.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road
described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and
declares that the area shall be amalgamated with the land
in certificate of title No. 21A/879, subject to memoranda
of mortgage Nos. 236490.1, 192769.1, and 390501.3.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of
road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped
and declares that the area shall be amalgamated with the land
in certificate of title, Volume 63, folio 101, subject to
memorandum of mortgage No. 840506.
(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of
road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be stopped
and declares that the areas shall be amalgamated with the land
in certificate of title, Volume 227, folio 2, subject to
memorandum of mortgage No. 840506.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped
and Disposed of in Block VI, Whakatane Survey District, Opotiki
County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the
16th day of August 1983, published in the Gazette, 25 August 1983,
No. 134, at page 2758, declaring land to be road, road stopped and
disposed of in Block VI, Whakatane Survey District, Opotiki County,
by omitting from (b) (i) the words “subject to lease H. 147388, South
Auckland Registry.”
