Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

PURSUANT to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that supplementary integration agreements have been signed between the Minister of Education and the proprietors of the following schools.

St Peter Chanel School, Te Rapa.
St Peter’s School, Cambridge.
St Thomas’s School, Winton.

The said supplementary integration agreements will come into effect on 1 November 1983. Copies of the supplementary integration agreements are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the Department of Education, Head Office, National Mutual Building, Featherston Street, Wellington and at regional offices.

Notice of Intent to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Hawke’s Bay Licensing Committee

PURSUANT to sections 221A and 221B of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22(14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Stanley James Callahan, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Hawke’s Bay Licensing Committee on 14 October 1983, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the “Lounge Bar”, Fernhill Hotel, Fernhill.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.

(b) On any Friday, Saturday, and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

(c) On any New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 0.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Day.

Freshwater Fish Processing and Dealing Licence (No. 5)

NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to regulations 4 and 7 of the Freshwater Fish Farming Regulations 1972*, the Minister of Fisheries has granted to Independent Fisheries Limited, a licence to process and deal with salmon of the species Oncorhynchus.

Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

PURSUANT to the Criminal Justice Act 1954, section 44B Motor Vehicle Registration No. FK 408, Vauxhall motor car, chassis No. 946699N769723, owned by Edward Whiu, Brook Street Motor Camp, Nelson, was confiscated by Judge K. J. H. Headifen in the District Court Nelson, on 25 October 1983, in accordance with the above Act.
