ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 21st day of November 1983
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

This order may be cited as the Kaingaroa Rural Fire District Order 1948, Amendment No. 7, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the order constituting the Kaingaroa Rural Fire District made on the 30th day of June 1948* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

This order shall come into force from the date of its notification in the Gazette.

This principal order is hereby amended by excluding the land in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—ROTORUA
CONSERVANCY—ROTORUA AND WHAKATANE DISTRICTS
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, situated in the districts of Rotorua and Whakatane, containing 6275 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the north-eastern boundary of part Matahina A1C Block, due north of the easternmost corner of Rotoiti 15 Block in Block IX, Rangitaiki Lower Survey District, being also a point on the boundary of the Kaingaroa Rural Fire District as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1975, page 1724; thence due south along a right line to the said easternmost corner of Rotoiti 15 Block and southerly and south-easterly, generally, along the eastern boundary of that block and its production to and along the middle of Ngamotu Road to a point in line with the southern boundary of Section 1, Block XVI, Ruawahia Survey District, to and along that boundary, along the western boundary of part Run 54 to the middle of Northern Boundary Road and along the middle of that road to its intersection with the middle of Republican Road in Block II, Kaingaroa Survey District; thence northerly and north-easterly, generally, along the middle of Republican Road to a point in line with the north-western boundary of part Run 55, to and along that boundary to its intersection with the boundary of the Kaingaroa Rural Fire District as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1975, page 1724, and along that boundary to the point of commencement. As shown on plan V16/2, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

PURSUANT to section 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Dannevirke County Council Foreshore Control Order 1983.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of September 1983.
