IN the matter of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 (incorporating the Companies Act 1955), and SAMOAN INSURANCE AND TRAVEL ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED (in voluntary liquidation):
NOTICE is given pursuant to section 290 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the members/creditors of the company will be held at The Samoan Congregational Christian Church Hall, corner Brougham and Colombo Streets, Christchurch on 29 November 1983 at 7.30 p.m. for the purpose of:
(a) Having an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the liquidation has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of during the year of the liquidator.
(b) Hearing any explanations that may be given by the liquidation.
(c) Considering the payment of an interim distribution to creditors.
