The Hato Paora College Board of Governors Notice 1983

PURSUANT to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education gives the following notice:

NOTICE

  1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Hato Paora College Board of Governors Notice 1983.
    (b) This notice shall come into force on 16 March 1983.

  2. The Board of Governors of Hato Paora College shall be constituted as follows:
    (a) One member appointed by the Education Board of the district of Wanganui;
    (b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;
    (c) Five members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school;
    (d) Four members appointed by the proprietor of the school.

THE following certificate has been executed on the sealed copy of the Akaroa County Council's Restriction of Access to Private Swimming Pools Bylaw 1982, made by the Akaroa County Council on 10 December 1982 and confirmed on 25 February 1983.

Export Performance Taxation Incentive—Schedule of Export Goods—Amendment No. 5

PURSUANT to section 156C (6) of the Income Tax Act 1976, notice is hereby given by the Secretary of Trade and Industry that the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Overseas Trade have approved the amendments to the Schedule of Export Goods (approval of which was notified in the New Zealand Gazette of 1 May 1980), set out in the Schedule hereto:
