Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the
Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the
Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands,
hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve, over the land,
described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said
land may be disposed of by the Paeroa Borough and Ohinemuri
County Councils in such manner, at such price and on such terms
and conditions as the councils shall determine, the proceeds from
any such sale to be paid into the general funds of the councils.

Amendment to a Notice Classifying Reserves

PURSUANT to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Assistant
Commissioner of Crown Lands, acting under delegated authority
from the Minister of Lands, hereby amends an error in the notice
classifying reserves dated 21 November 1980 and published in the
New Zealand Gazette of 11 December 1980, No. 143, page 3881,
by omitting from the said notice the final reserve description in the
Schedule:

(xii) 44.7727 hectares, more or less, being Reserve 1811, situated
in Block II, Totara Survey District. All certificate of title 1A/934.
S.O. Plan 4263. Local purpose (site for aerodrome).
