IN the declaration with the above heading dated 20 September 1983, published in New Zealand Gazette of 29 September 1983, No. 162, at page 3265, for the area of the land thirdly described read 55.2200 hectares, which figure appears in the original declaration signed for the Minister of Works and Development.

PURSUANT to section 175 (3) and subject to sections 176 to 182 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby authorises the Golden Bay County Council to reclaim an area of 120 square metres, more or less, of Crown land at Collingwood, Golden Bay, as shown on plan M.D. 16196 (S.O. 12895), deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wellington.
