IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER
of CLYDE MALE LIMITED:

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the
above-named company by the High Court was on the 18th day of
October 1983 presented to the said Court by HEATWAY INDUSTRIES
LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation), a duly incorporated
company having its registered office at Auckland; and that the said
petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland
on the 30th day of November 1983 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon;
and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to
support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may
appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that
purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the
undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company
requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

certificate we do hereby form and constitute this special partnership
under the provisions of Part II of the Partnership Act 1908, and

(c) The aforesaid Special Partners’ contribution to the common
stock of the partnership are the sums listed against their
respective names in the Schedule hereto. The general
partner has not contributed to the common stock of the
partnership;

(d) The general nature of the business to be transacted by the
partnership is that of management, promotion, and
participation in entertainment;

(e) The principal place at which the business is to be transacted
is at Twentieth Floor, Quay Tower, 29 Customs Street
West, Auckland 1;

(f) The partnership is to commence on the date of the registration
of this certificate and is to terminate on the 1st day of
October 1990.
