Woolcraft Knitwear Ltd., hereby give notice that on the 21st day of October 1983 it appointed Keith Patrick Gosling and Geoffrey Donald Campbell Walker, both of Auckland, chartered accountants, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the property charged by a certain debenture dated the 21st day of May 1981, given by Muswell Holdings Ltd. in favour of Woolcraft Knitwear Ltd, a copy of which was registered with the Registrar of Companies on the 8th day of June 1981.

The property in respect of which the receivers and managers have been appointed comprises the undertaking of Muswell Holdings Ltd. and all its property both present and future (including uncalled capital, unpaid capital, and goodwill).
