unrestricted right liberty and licence for the grantee, its surveyors,
engineers, servants, agents and workmen to enter upon the land
described in the said Third Schedule for the purposes of laying,
inspecting, cleansing, repairing, maintaining, and renewing any such
sewage pipes or any parts thereof and of opening up the soil of that
land to such extent as may be necessary and reasonable, subject to
the condition that as little disturbance as possible is caused to the
surface of the said land and that the surface is restored as nearly
as possible to its original condition and any other damage done by
reason of the aforesaid operations is repaired.

Description of Stormwater Easement

THE full, free, and uninterrupted right, liberty, and licence for the
Whakatane District Council (hereinafter referred to as “the grantee”)
from time to time and at all times to drain, discharge, or seepage in
any quantities along over and under the land described in the Fourth
Schedule hereto and for that purpose to lay and maintain a line or
lines of water pipes through and under the piece of land described
in the Fourth Schedule and secondly in order to construct or
maintain the efficiency of any such water pipes, the full free
uninterrupted and unrestricted right, liberty, and licence for the
grantee, its surveyors, engineers, servants, agents, and workmen to
enter upon the land described in the said Fourth Schedule for the
purpose of laying, inspecting, cleansing, repairing, maintaining, and
renewing any such water pipes or any parts thereof and of opening
up the soil of that land to such extent as may be necessary and
reasonable, subject to the condition that as little disturbance as
possible is caused to the surface of the said land and that the surface
is restored as nearly as possible to its original condition and any
other damage done by reason of the aforesaid operations is repaired.

of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule
hereto is hereby acquired for a local purpose reserve and the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for
parking purposes and shall vest in The Blenheim Borough Council
on the 3rd day of November 1983.

Classification and Naming of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the
Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands
hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a
recreation reserve, and further, declares that the said reserve shall
hereafter be known as the Moneymore Recreation Reserve.
