THE National Bank of New Zealand Limited hereby gives notice that on the 14th day of February 1983, the Bank appointed Cyril Warren McKenzie and Ronald Douglas Cormack, both of Christchurch, chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Messrs Hunt, Duthie, & Co., Third Floor, Phoenix House, 76 Worcester Street, Christchurch, jointly and severally as receivers of the property of Bryan’s Transport Limited, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 4th day of August 1976. The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever both present and future including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
