IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of a debenture issued by G. & M. BOWDEN LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Opotiki.

H. & J. BROWNRIGG LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at New Plymouth (hereinafter referred to as “the lender”), hereby gives notice that pursuant to the powers contained in an instrument dated the 15th day of April 1980, by a Deed of Debenture from G. & M. BOWDEN LIMITED to the lender, on the 9th day of February 1982, it appointed HAROLD BRADLEY BROWNRIGG, of 557 Devon Street West, New Plymouth, company director, as receiver and manager of all the property of G. & M. Bowden Limited, charged by the said debenture and in particular its undertaking and all its property both present and future including uncalled capital.
