Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped
and Vested in Block VIII, Castlepoint Survey District, Masterton
County

—

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981 the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the
1st day of October 1982 and published in Gazette, 14th October
1982, No. 120, at page 3378, declaring land to be road, road
stopped, and vested in Block VIII, Castlepoint Survey District,
Masterton County, by omitting the following words:

“(i) The areas of 15.1 perches and 1 road 36.8 perches
shall vest in Frank Schofield, of Tinui, farmer.”

and substituting the following words:

“(i) The areas of 15.1 perches and 1 road 36.8 perches
shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act
1948.”

of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that
effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Paparua

Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped, and Land Taken in
Block III, Mataura Hundred, and Block X, Lindhurst Hundred,
Southland County

—

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development:

1. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road and vested in The Southland County Council.

2. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that:

(a) The area marked “G” on S.O. Plan 9990 shall be incorporated
in the lease in perpetuity No. 166 recorded in certificate
of title, Volume 83, folio 131 held from the Crown by
Albert Edwin Genge and Harold Benjamin Genge both of
Wyndham, farmers, subject to mortgage No. 78518.

(b) The area marked “I” on S.O. Plan 9991 and “M” on S.O.
Plan 9992 shall amalgamate in certificate of title No.
3A/758.

(c) The area marked “N” on S.O. Plan 9992 shall amalgamate in
certificate of title No. 6A/325.

3. Declares the land described in Third Schedule to be taken
   under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and declares that:

(a) The area marked “D” shall be amalgamated with the land in
certificate of title, Volume 83, folio 131.

(b) The area marked “E” shall vest in the Southland County
Council.
