Authorising a Secondary Use of Land in the City of Upper Hutt

PURSUANT to section 191 of the Public Works Act 1981, and being of the opinion that it is practicable for the land described in the Schedule hereto to be applied to a certain secondary use, the Minister of Works and Development hereby authorises the land described in the Schedule hereto, being lands held for a parking place and for a service lane, to be applied to the secondary use of a private building.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Upper Hutt and described as follows:

(a) Part Lots 62 and 63 on Deposited Plan 1336 being part certificate of title 18A/933; as shown edged green and hatched brown on plan, being part of the land dealt with in Gazette notice 216542.1 and 234407.1.

(b) Part Lots 62 and 63 on Deposited Plan 1336 being part Gazette notice 159281.1; as shown edged red on plan.

The reduced Level shown on the plan is the Upper Hutt City Datum being Mean Sea Level.

Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in the Borough of Lyttelton

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land firstly described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Lyttelton Borough Council; and further declares the land secondly described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares that piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land, situated in Block IV, Halswell Survey District, described as follows:

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped and Added to Land Held for the Massey University in Block XV, Kairanga Survey District, County of Kairanga

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Notice dated 12 October 1982, published in Gazette, 21 October 1982, No. 123, page 3471; declaring land to be road, road stopped, and added to land held for the Massey University in Block XV, Kairanga Survey District, County of Kairanga by omitting the word “Road” where it refers to the land in the first schedule and substituting the words “Limited Access Road”.

Revoking a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a Road in Blocks VI and IX, Thames Survey District, and Blocks V, VI, IX, and X, Tairua Survey District (Kopu-Hikui Stream to Tairua River Section)

PURSUANT to section 36 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby revokes the Proclamation dated the 11th day of December 1963, and published in Gazette, 12 December 1963, Volume III, page 1975, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Hamilton as No. S. 275137, defining the middle line of a road in Blocks VI and IX, Thames Survey District, and Blocks V, VI, IX, and X, Tairua Survey District (Kopu-Hikui Road, Kirikiri Stream to Tairua River Section).

Amending a Notice Declaring Road in Block VIII, Drury Survey District, Franklin County, to be a Government Road and to be Stopped and to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development amends the notice declaring road in Block VIII, Drury Survey District, Franklin County, to be a Government road and to be stopped and to be Crown Land published in Gazette of 16 December 1982, No. 152, at page 4320, by deleting the piece of road fourthly described in the Schedule thereto.
