Approval of Qualified Person for the Purposes of Section 402, Companies Act 1955

PURSUANT to section 402 of the Companies Act 1955, I hereby approve

Appointment of Director of New Zealand Dairy Board

PURSUANT to section 3 (2) (c) of the Dairy Board Act 1961, the board has received advice from the New Zealand Co-operative Dairy Company Limited that Dryden Thomas Spring, Eastport Road, R.D. 3, Te Aroha, has been appointed to fill the extraordinary vacancy on the board caused by the resignation of Mr Reginald Graham Calvert.

Mr Spring’s term of office will expire on 30 June 1985.

Reappointment of Members to the Joint Council for Local Authorities Services

PURSUANT to sections 4 and 5 of the Joint Council for Local Authorities Services Act 1977, the Minister of Local Government hereby appoints the following persons to be members of the Joint Council for Local Authorities Services with terms of office to expire on 30 September 1985;

Reconstituting the Kaimanawa-Kaweka State Forest Parks Advisory Committee

PURSUANT to regulations 3 of the State Forest Parks and Forest Recreation Regulations 1979, the Minister of Forests hereby reconstitutes the Kaimanawa-Kaweka Forest Parks Advisory Committee.

The reconstituted committee shall consist of the Conservator of Forests, Palmerston North, and 10 appointed members, namely:
