PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for the generation of electricity and shall vest in the Crown and the leasehold estate in the land described firstly, secondly, thirdly, and fourthly in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Charles Robert Perriam under by virtue of L.I.P. No. 829 recorded in certificate of title, Volume 115, folio 31, and the leasehold estate in the land described fifthly, sixthly, and seventhly in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Charles Robert Perriam under and by virtue of R.L. No. 248 recorded in certificate of title, Volume 179, folio 75, is hereby acquired for the generation of electricity and shall vest in the Crown from and after the 27th day of October 1983.
