Raymond Luigi Perini of Tauranga, company director and Mavis Eileen Perini, his wife, hereby give notice that on the 14th day of October 1983, they appointed Barry Miles Owen of Tauranga, accountant, as receiver and manager of the property of P. K. & R. D. Henry Ltd., under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 4th day of November 1980 which property consists of all its undertaking and all its property both present and future (including uncalled capital, unpaid capital and goodwill) relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said P. K. & R. D. Henry Ltd.
